Open for the first time in Singapore, Menzo Butao’s founder, Mr Yasuhiko Kurata is a well-known ramen producer in Japan and have more than 23 outlets in Japan and overseas. Established in 1936, Menzo Butao specializes in Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen which offers a variety of more than 20 ramen dishes.
